Shipping your package

Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment and sent via an express courier, we will provide a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging and postage.

Packaging costs are fixed, while transport costs vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping costs will apply to each of them. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The boxes are reasonably sized and your items are well protected.

In some cases, packaging and shipping costs are free.

FAULTS, WITHDRAWAL, RETURN AND REFUND (TO PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS)

Faults or defects

In the event of a fault in an item sold with a guarantee of operation, the buyer must open a complaint by following the procedure indicated in the "complaints" section in detail.

The returned item will be carefully checked and, if actually found to be faulty, it will be repaired or replaced with an equal product or with equivalent characteristics and value.

If repair is not possible and a replacement product is not available, the customer will be entitled to a credit of equal value, net of shipping costs which will remain at his expense.

The buyer may not in any way refuse to return a product that is found to be faulty: in no case will a replacement (or refund) under guarantee be granted, without the prior return of the product.

Withdrawal

Pursuant to articles. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/05: the right of withdrawal is applicable to buyers without a VAT number and who do not purchase for business purposes, without the need to provide explanations.

The customer who intends to exercise this right must, within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, contact us to agree on the return by sending a request via email to info@babypark.it

The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer, the product must be sent to the assistance center to check the integrity of the product and the packaging which must be complete as upon receipt.

The product must be shipped within 5 days from the date of communication of "Return Authorization" under penalty of forfeiture of the condition.

The return authorization and the appropriate label will be sent to the buyer who will have to provide, at his own expense, to send the product appropriately packaged to the address of our warehouse within 14 calendar days, to be sent to:

Refund

The methods with which the refund will be made will be the same as those in which the payment was made, different requests for refunds will not be accepted.

The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the return.

The buyer cannot arbitrarily return a product for any reason without our prior authorization.

In no case can we be held responsible for damage or loss of a product entrusted to a carrier external to our organization.
